Place an order:
1. By registering and take advantage of registration - send us a message, to track order history, to pay upon receipt of the address specified by you.
2. By phone 0895 516 346 or 0895 516 349 - every week day from 10:00 to 18:00.
3. To go to the nearest store mentioned in section Stores.

Supply over 100 BGN is FREE for Bulgaria!
Usually within one business day following the day of your request, we will deliver your order. As soon as possible then we will confirm this to the e-mail address or you will be contacted personally from us to your phone, you have given us.
Depending on the location to which the ordering, delivery will arrive at you within 3 (three) working days after your request has been forwarded to the courier and you have been notified of this by e-mail or phone.
Upon arrival of the order in your town, you will receive SMS notification thereof by courier to the number you provided for connection.
Deliveries are not performed on weekends and public holidays.
Returns and refund
According to the Law on Consumer Protection and Trade Rules, the user is entitled to a claim within 7 working days from the date of purchase of the product. User can claim:
Product recall and refund of user amount.
www.kozmetikahristina.com paid amount, with the exception of transport costs, not later than 30 working days from the date of which is a claim by bank transfer, which is necessary to indicate the bank, BIC, IBAN and name account holder.
Replacement of the product with a new one.
www.kozmetikahristina.com replaced goods within 7 days of receipt, just in case it is returned in the original packaging and unused. Transport costs for its return remain at the expense of the customer.
Return replacement products, or refund of consumer tax only if the product or products be returned in the original packaging, unused and left in place labels.
