Free delivery is possible for orders over 90 BGN within Bulgaria.

Order processing time varies from 2 to 4 business days after confirmation.

If you need to return or exchange an item, please notify us within seven days of receipt.

To facilitate return or exchange, please ensure that the product remains unused and in its original packaging; also retain the receipt included with your order. Please provide the shipping address for the replacement product along with a contact telephone number. All shipping costs associated with a return or exchange will be borne by the consumer.
