Your order will usually be shipped within two business days of receiving your request, pending confirmation via email or phone call from our team.
Delivery is expected within three business days after handover to the courier service. You will receive a notification by email or phone when this happens.
Upon arrival in your city, you will receive an SMS notification from the courier company at the contact number provided.
Please note that deliveries are not made on weekends and public holidays.
In accordance with consumer protection laws and trade regulations, customers have the right to file claims within 7 business days from the date of purchase. Customers can claim:
1. Return of product and full refund.
2. Replacing the product with a new one.
Refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 30 business days of submitting the claim, excluding shipping costs. Please provide bank details including bank name, BIC, IBAN and account holder name for refund processing.
Exchange products must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition within 7 days of receipt. Shipping costs for returning goods are borne by the customer.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must remain in their original packaging, unused with labels intact.
