Do I need to use all three products, or just one?
The three work in sync. The shampoo cleanses and prepares the scalp, the conditioner cares for the lengths, and the concentrate acts directly on the roots between washes. You can start with just the shampoo, but the full effect comes from all three together.
How often is the routine used?
Shampoo and conditioner: with every wash. Concentrate: every day or 3-4 times a week on a dry/slightly damp scalp. Do NOT rinse off.
When will I see a difference?
With regular use, most people feel a difference in the scalp and in hair volume after 4-6 weeks. What matters is consistency, not speed.
Does the concentrate need to be rinsed off?
No. You apply it to the scalp after washing and leave it in. That's exactly why it works effectively - it stays in contact with the roots and works constantly.
Can the routine be used daily?
Yes. The formulas aren't aggressive and are suitable for daily use. If your hair is on the dry side, you can use the shampoo 3-4 times a week and only the concentrate on the other days.
Is the routine suitable for dyed hair?
Yes, it can be used. If your hair is both dyed and falling out, also take a look at the routine for damaged and dyed hair with jojoba and macadamia, which targets that specific need.
