Cinnamon essential oil
Cinnamon essential oil is a natural extract obtained by steam distillation of the bark or leaves of Cinnamomum zeylanicum . It has a warm, spicy and slightly sweet aroma that creates a feeling of coziness and comfort. Interesting fact: Cinnamon is one of the most ancient spices, used in ancient Egypt for medicinal and ritual purposes. This oil has warming properties. How to use:
- For room fragrance
- Add a few drops of the oil to 10g of water and gently heat the mixture.
For cosmetic purposes
- In shampoo and conditioner for hair and body - 6-8 drops
- In body lotion and emulsion - 4-5 drops
- Massage In pure vegetable oil (500 ml) - 1-5 drops
- Bath – 10-20 drops
Inhalations, sauna
- For aroma fireplace/lamp and in sauna water – 6-8 drops
Compresses
- In a small amount of water – 2-3 drops
Keep out of reach of children!!! For external use only!!!!
Packaging: Available in a 10 ml glass bottle with a dropper for easy dosing and storage.
