Lemon essential oil

Description

Antiseptic and anti-inflammatory for infections, colds, flu and skin inflammations. Invigorates in general fatigue, lowers blood pressure and stimulates concentration.

Caution: Increases skin sensitivity to light.

Depending on the type of essential oil and its intended use, you may use it, its application may be as follows:

Usage:

• For scenting rooms
• Add a few drops of the oil to 10g of water and gently heat the mixture.

For cosmetic purposes

• In shampoo and conditioner for hair and body- 6-8 drops
• In body lotion and emulsion – 4-5 drops Massage In pure vegetable oil (50 ml)-10-15 drops
• Bath In 1tsp. of milk or honey – 10-20 drops

Inhalations, sauna

• For inhalation, aroma fireplace and in sauna water – 6-8 drops
• Compresses
• In a small amount of water – 2-3 drops

Keep away from children. Meets 14AT 12. For external use only.
