Apply to wet skin with vigorous circular movements, focusing on the thighs, abdomen and buttocks. Massage for 2–3 minutes and rinse off.
Activate
Apply right after showering to still-damp skin with upward massaging movements. Do not rinse off.
Firm
Apply once the oil has been fully absorbed. Rub in with circular movements over the target areas.

How often should I follow the routine?
For a visible result we recommend 3–4 times a week. The peeling doesn't need to be done every time – you can use it 2–3 times a week, and the oil and the cream daily if you wish.
Why is the oil applied to damp skin?
Damp skin significantly improves the absorption of the oil. Water acts as a carrier and helps the active ingredients penetrate deeper into the tissue. Only pat off the excess water – don't dry the skin completely before applying.
When will I see results?
The first feeling of smoother skin comes after 1–2 weeks. A visible change in texture and firmness is noticed by most women after 3–4 weeks of regular use.
Can I use only the cream without the peeling and the oil?
You can, but the routine is designed as a system. The peeling activates blood circulation and prepares the skin, the oil works in depth, and the cream maintains the effect. Without the previous steps the cream works more superficially.
Is the routine suitable during pregnancy?
During pregnancy we recommend consulting your doctor before use, as some active ingredients may not be advisable during this period.
