What happens when you stick to the routine?
Frequent washing doesn't solve oily hair. Sometimes it makes it worse, because the scalp compensates with even more sebum. Here the logic is the opposite.
After 7 days
The scalp starts to respond to the regular regulating care. The hair may still get greasy in the same way, but the feeling of irritation and "heaviness" at the roots decreases. The mask has worked 1–2 times and the effect can be felt when combing.
After 30 days
Sebum is produced in a more balanced way. The hair looks fresh for longer between washes. For most women the time between washes increases by at least one day, sometimes more.
After 60 days
The scalp has found its new balance. Fewer washes mean less mechanical stress on the hair and healthier hair in the long run. The routine works because it doesn't fight greasiness, it regulates it at the source.
Frequently Asked Questions
How often should I use the shampoo?
As needed, with every wash. The mask is used 1–2 times a week as a replacement for the shampoo, not at the same time as it. The aim is to gradually reduce how often you wash while the scalp rebalances.
Will the routine dry out my hair?
No. The formula is created specifically to regulate, not to dry out. The oak bark balances sebum without removing the scalp's natural moisture. If your hair is oily at the roots and dry at the ends, apply the mask only to the scalp.
Can I use conditioner after the shampoo?
You can, but only on the lengths and ends, without touching the scalp. Applying conditioner near the roots with oily hair adds extra load and reduces the effect of the routine.
When will I see results?
A change in how often the hair gets greasy is felt after 3–4 weeks of regular use. The scalp needs time to regulate sebum production, especially if it was previously washed very often.
Is the routine suitable for combination hair?
Yes. The shampoo is formulated with the focus on the scalp, not the lengths. With combination hair, apply the mask only to the scalp and avoid the ends.
