What happens when you stick to the routine?
The skin doesn't retain moisture without help. Especially in autumn and winter, when heating and cold air dry it out from both sides at once.
After 7 days
The skin is softer to the touch from the first use. The peeling has removed the layers of dead cells and the lotion reaches deeper. The feeling of tightness and dryness after showering decreases visibly.
After 30 days
The skin retains moisture longer between showers. The butter has worked systematically and the effect builds up. The areas that are usually driest – elbows, knees, shins – look smoother and more even.
After 60 days
The ceramides and niacinamide have worked on the skin barrier and the difference is structural. The skin doesn't just look better, it responds better to cold, wind and heating. The routine has become a habit, because the scent and the feel make it easy to stick to.
Frequently Asked Questions
How often should I use the peeling?
2–3 times a week is optimal. With very dry or sensitive skin, start with 1–2 times a week and see how the skin reacts. Exfoliating too often can disrupt the skin barrier, especially with dry skin.
Why is the lotion applied to damp skin?
Damp skin absorbs the active ingredients significantly better. Only pat off the excess water after showering – don't dry completely before applying. The difference in absorption is especially visible with very dry skin
Is the body butter greasy?
The formula is rich, but when applied correctly it absorbs completely. Apply with circular movements and wait 2–3 minutes before getting dressed. For very dry skin we recommend applying it in the evening before bed for maximum effect.
Is the routine suitable for daily use?
Yes. The peeling is used 2–3 times a week; the lotion and the body butter can be used daily without restrictions.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
The peeling contains chamomile and calendula extracts, and the body butter is enriched with witch hazel and chamomile, which makes the routine suitable for sensitive skin as well. For very reactive skin we recommend starting with the body butter only and adding the peeling gradually.
When is the best time to use the routine?
In the evening after showering is ideal. The body butter works while you sleep, and in the morning the skin is significantly softer. The scent of vanilla and bergamot further helps you relax before sleep.
