Free delivery is possible for orders over BGN 90 within Bulgaria.

Order processing time varies from 2 to 4 business days after confirmation.

If you need to return or exchange an item, please notify us within seven days of receipt.

To facilitate returns or exchanges, please ensure that the product remains unused and in its original packaging; also keep the receipt included with your order. Please provide the shipping address for the replacement product along with a contact phone number. All shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges will be borne by the user.
