**Free delivery for orders over BGN 90 within Bulgaria!**

**Delivery Time:**
* Your order will normally be dispatched within two working days of receiving your request, pending confirmation by email or phone call from our team.* Delivery is expected within three working days after transmission the courier service. You will be notified by email or phone when this happens.* Upon arrival in your city, you will receive an SMS notification from the courier company on the contact number provided.

Please note that deliveries are not made on weekends and public holidays.

**Return and Refund Policy**
In accordance with consumer protection laws and commercial regulations, customers have the right to submit claims within 7 working days from the date of purchase. Customers can claim:1. Product return and full refund.2. Replace the product with a new one.

Refunds will be processed by bank transfer within 30 working days of the claim, excluding shipping costs. Please provide bank details including bank name, BIC, IBAN and account holder name to process the refund.

Exchange products must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition within 7 days of receipt. Transport costs when returning goods are borne by the customer.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must remain in their original packaging, unused with tags intact.
